Alex Maltese

Alex Maltese has spent more than seventeen years advocating for people harmed by negligent or reckless conduct. He focuses his work on guiding injury victims through the legal process with clarity and determination, helping clients understand their options while pursuing the compensation they deserve for serious accidents and life-altering harm.

Alex began his academic path by earning a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College, followed by completing his Juris Doctor at Touro College School of Law. This foundation prepared him to serve clients in a wide range of injury matters, supported by admissions to practice in New York, Florida, and multiple federal courts.

Alex concentrates on representing individuals who have suffered injuries in motor vehicle accidents, construction site incidents, slips and falls, and other situations involving unsafe or careless behavior.
