He began his career as a research attorney for Chief Justice Ann McClure at the Court of Appeals, gaining experience in legal analysis before moving into personal injury representation.
Alejandro has tried more than a dozen personal injury cases to verdict in Texas and New Mexico and has handled injury matters in arbitration. His appellate work includes arguments before the Eighth Court of Appeals in El Paso and the New Mexico Court of Appeals. He and his partners established their firm in 2016. The practice serves injured clients across communities with offices in New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona.
Alejandro Acosta, III served as president of the El Paso Trial Lawyers Association in 2018 and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
