Aleanna B. Siacon

Aleanna B. Siacon is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Troy, Michigan, office. Her practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, along with labor and employment matters. She represents and counsels companies, municipalities, and school districts through legal disputes, investigations, and potential resolution. Aleanna draws on a background in both law and journalism when organizing complex facts and explaining disputed issues. Her litigation practice involves clients facing business, governmental, and employment-related challenges.

Aleanna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Political Science, and History from Wayne State University in 2019, graduating summa cum laude. She received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2022. During law school she served as an assistant editor and diversity editor of the Wayne Law Review and participated in moot court. Her honors included the Dawn Van Hoek Outstanding Woman Law Student Award and an academic scholarship.

Aleanna interned in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan and for federal Judge Mark A. Goldsmith. Before practicing law, she worked in journalism, with writing published in national and Michigan news outlets. Her current matters involve defending and counseling businesses and public entities from investigation through resolution. She has also written about noncompete agreements, joint employment, and other issues affecting business relationships and employment law.

Aleanna B. Siacon was named an Up and Coming Lawyer by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in 2026 and selected to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2026 and 2027 in several litigation categories. She became co-president of the Michigan Asian Pacific American Bar Association in 2026. Her work combines investigation, clear writing, and courtroom-focused legal analysis. She helps organizations understand disputes, examine relevant evidence, and make informed decisions about their legal response.
