Alan Leichty

Alan Leichty is a business lawyer and associate at Farhang & Medcoff whose practice includes commercial litigation, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, and nonprofit corporations. During law school, he spent a year interning with the Southern Arizona White Collar and Criminal Enterprise Section of Arizona’s Attorney General’s Office. Before beginning his legal education, he worked for several years in the construction industry. That experience contributes practical knowledge relevant to commercial, real estate, and business matters.

Alan Leichty is admitted to the Supreme Court of Arizona and the US District Court for the District of Arizona. His practice combines transactional work with litigation across business, corporate, real estate, probate, and estate planning matters.
