Aimee Kirby

Aimee Kirby serves as the Managing Attorney of the Torts Practice Group at Dolan Law Firm PC and is a Senior Trial Attorney with more than 15 years of courtroom experience. She supervises complex, precedent-setting lawsuits for individuals and families facing catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, delivering skilled, compassionate representation throughout California.

Aimee earned her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 2001. She is admitted to practice law in California, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, and Texas. Her comprehensive legal training and broad licensure enable her to advocate for clients in a wide variety of jurisdictions and practice settings.

Throughout her career, Aimee has tried over 20 cases and secured verdicts and settlements totaling more than $50 million for her clients. She is known for her relentless pursuit of justice in challenging cases, including child abuse, police misconduct, product liability, and elder abuse. Her notable verdicts include multimillion-dollar awards for clients injured in complex, high-profile cases.

Active in the plaintiff’s bar, Aimee is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. She has served on the boards of CAOC and CAALA, and as President of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, helping raise over $750,000 for local causes.

Twice nominated as a finalist for CAALA’s Trial Attorney of the Year and recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Aimee Kirby is also a mentor and frequent lecturer, committed to advancing the legal profession and supporting young attorneys.
