Adam Rosner

Adam Rosner is a partner at McHargue & Jones, LLC, representing injured workers and accident victims in Chicago, Cook County, and surrounding communities. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. He assists clients seeking benefits for medical treatment, lost wages, and injuries sustained at work or in accidents. Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. He then completed a dual J.D./MBA program at Northern Illinois University, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, he clerked for Judge Ronald J. White and interned with the Chicago office of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor. Those experiences introduced him to courtroom procedure and legal protections for workers.

Before shifting to plaintiff representation, Adam practiced at a large Illinois defense firm representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and personal injury disputes. That background helps him assess the arguments insurers raise and the evidence needed to answer them. He joined McHargue & Jones in 2020 and became a partner in 2024. His work now centers on preparing injury claims and pursuing compensation for workers and accident victims.

Adam Rosner is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
