Adam C. Nicolai

Adam C. Nicolai, Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Nicolai Law Firm pc. He has spent his entire career in the legal industry, beginning as a teenage file clerk and advancing through roles as a legal assistant and law clerk. He personally guides clients through complex decisions with clarity, consistency, and care.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Philosophy, from Loyola Marymount University in 2006, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He later completed the California State Bar Law Office Study Program and passed the California Bar Exam in 2013, gaining admission to all California state courts and multiple federal courts.

Adam has more than ten years of legal experience handling wills, trusts, estates, real estate, business, employment law, securities arbitration, personal injury, and collections. He previously worked at a national law firm, later became a partner, and later operated as a solo practitioner, achieving strong results for both plaintiffs and defense clients.

Adam returned to private practice after serving as Senior Counsel at a respected Los Angeles and South Bay law firm. Since 2023, his firm has prepared dozens of estate plans, litigated complex civil and probate matters, and handled nationwide FINRA securities arbitrations while advising businesses, employers, creditors, and landlords.

Adam C. Nicolai is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Courts across the state. He remains active in the legal community through professional associations and continues to provide focused, accessible representation tailored to each client’s goals and legal needs.
