Aaron W. Lindebak

Aaron W. Lindebak is a trial attorney with Grefe & Sidney, P.L.C. in Des Moines. Lindebak practices in appellate matters, insurance coverage and defense, trial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and workers’ compensation. He also gained judicial and prosecutorial experience through an externship with Judge Robert B. Hanson and an internship with the Polk County Attorney’s Office. He later clerked for Iowa Court of Appeals Judge Mary Tabor.

His appellate background is reflected in work before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, including a successful defense of a federal products liability judgment. He is admitted in Iowa, the federal district courts in Iowa, and the Eighth Circuit. This range of work allows him to address cases from initial evaluation through trial and appellate review.
