Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 1992. He is admitted to practice in California and in all U.S. District Courts across the state, offering deep regional knowledge combined with national litigation capabilities.
Aaron is particularly experienced in defending companies in California wage-and-hour class actions, FEHA and CFRA discrimination claims, and federal litigation involving the ADA, Title VII, ADEA, and FMLA.
