Aaron K. Stuckey

Aaron K. Stuckey is Of Counsel at Davis Wright Tremaine in Portland, Oregon. For more than 20 years, he has represented Pacific Northwest clients in complex business and commercial real estate disputes. His practice emphasizes commercial litigation involving shareholder disagreements, trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, contract disputes, insurance coverage, and commercial real estate transactions and leases. He also serves as relationship attorney to local and regional businesses, helping clients manage risk before disputes arise.

Stuckey earned a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Arizona State University.
