Aaron Gartlan

Aaron Gartlan is a dedicated personal injury lawyer and the founder of Gartlan Injury Law. His practice is focused almost entirely on representing injured individuals, with a strong emphasis on workplace injury cases. From the start of his career, he committed himself to helping people facing serious financial and physical hardships after accidents. He works closely with clients to pursue full and fair compensation from insurance companies and responsible parties.

Aaron graduated from Dothan High School before continuing his education at Wallace Community College. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with honors from Troy University. He then obtained his J.D. from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of Law Review and received 11 academic awards for excellence. He also worked at a law firm throughout law school, building practical experience before beginning his legal career.

Aaron, after earning his J.D. in 2000, began building what would become Gartlan Injury Law. Over the years, he has represented many clients in claims involving serious injuries and workplace accidents. He understands how quickly medical bills and lost wages can create stress for families. He prepares each case carefully, investigates the facts, and stands up to large insurance companies to seek strong results for his clients.

Aaron Gartlan is known for providing personal attention and clear communication. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In addition to practicing law, he serves as an adjunct instructor of business law at Troy University’s Sorell College of Business, sharing his knowledge with future professionals.
