Aaron Delgado

Aaron Delgado is a highly respected criminal defense and trial attorney and a founding partner of Aaron Delgado & Associates in Daytona Beach, Florida. Known for his exceptional courtroom advocacy and dedication to justice, he represents clients in complex criminal, DUI, drug, and white-collar cases. Mr. Delgado brings unmatched energy and strategic insight to every trial, earning recognition for his integrity, professionalism, and results-driven representation.

Mr. Delgado earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received the Book Award in Torts and served on the Journal of Law, Technology and Public Policy. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from New College of Florida. His early scholarship and publications on copyright and technology law reflect his analytical rigor and enduring passion for advocacy and intellectual discourse.

Before establishing his own firm, Mr. Delgado began his career in civil litigation before following his true calling—criminal defense. Over the years, he has tried countless cases and earned national distinction for his success in high-stakes trials. He is one of the youngest attorneys to earn an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Super Lawyers, AVVO, and The National Trial Lawyers among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America.

A life member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Aaron Delgado also serves as a Daytona Beach City Commissioner.
