Aaron C. Hall is a senior partner and Director of Removal Defense and Family Immigration. He focuses on protecting noncitizens facing removal and guiding families through complex immigration processes. His practice combines immigration and criminal defense analysis to help clients understand risks, protect rights, and pursue lawful options under federal immigration law.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder. His education supports detailed legal analysis, courtroom advocacy, and strategic planning in immigration, removal defense, and family-based immigration matters across multiple court systems.
Aaron concentrates his practice on removal defense, family immigration, and the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. He works closely with criminal defense counsel to advise noncitizen defendants and seeks postconviction relief when available. His experience includes representing clients before immigration, appellate, and federal courts.
Aaron is highly active in professional organizations and legal education.
