Aaron Bundy

Aaron Bundy is the founding partner of Bundy, a family law and civil litigation firm serving clients in Oklahoma and the surrounding region. Since 2006, he has advised individuals and families in divorce, child custody, complex guardianship, appeals, and catastrophic injury matters. Bundy’s family law work often involves significant assets, income, business interests, and cross-border concerns, including cases with interstate or international elements. He emphasizes detailed case preparation, financial analysis, and courtroom advocacy.

Bundy earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006 and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Tulsa in 2002. He later completed a Certified Financial Planner certificate through Southern Methodist University in 2021 and has pursued advanced business valuation training. This combination of legal and financial education supports his work in matrimonial disputes involving property division, business interests, support obligations, trusts, and other complex financial issues.

Bundy represents clients in contested divorce and custody proceedings, complex guardianship matters, and appellate cases. He is admitted in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, New York, and the District of Columbia, as well as several federal courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and multiple tribal courts. His practice also includes matters involving catastrophic injuries. His broad admissions and trial-focused background support cases that cross state, federal, tribal, or international boundaries.

Aaron Bundy is a board-certified family law trial lawyer through the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Bundy has also served as president of the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and writes and teaches on family law, evidence, and trial practice.
