A. Todd Sprinkle

A. Todd Sprinkle is a partner and business litigation group leader at Parker Poe, with offices serving Charlotte and Atlanta. He represents businesses, financial institutions, employers, property owners, and commercial real estate interests in state and federal court disputes. His practice includes contract litigation, trade secret claims, financial services disputes, real property litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He handles matters at both trial and appellate levels.

Todd received a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2000 and earned a J.D. from Emory University in 2006. While at Emory, he served on the board of the Emory Bankruptcy Development Journal. He was admitted in North Carolina in 2006 and Georgia in 2015. His education and litigation experience support work involving commercial agreements, business ownership conflicts, secured lending, and the rules that govern contested civil proceedings.

Todd has defended Fortune 500 companies, automotive dealers, financial institutions, and commercial property owners in major disputes. He obtained dismissal of claims against a Fortune 500 client in federal court and defended a technology company in an arbitration where the damages awarded were less than one percent of the $6 million requested. His work also includes property and construction disputes, lender recovery actions, trade secret cases, and contested corporate ownership matters.
