A. David Peppard

A. David Peppard is an experienced attorney based in St. Joseph, Missouri, with over 20 years of practice in general law. Peppard graduated magna cum laude from Truman (formerly Northeast Missouri) State University in 1980 with a B.S. in Education, majoring in Communications. He was recognized as a John J. Pershing Scholar and is a member of Truman State’s Kirk and Baldwin Societies. After working as a graduate assistant and teaching high school for several years, Peppard earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1992. During law school, he actively participated in litigation competitions and was a member of the Student Bar Association.

Peppard has contributed to his community by volunteering and coaching youth sports teams over the years. He has served his community by working as an assistant city attorney and prosecutor for five years in St. Joseph.

A. David Peppard also acted as city attorney and prosecutor for several cities across northeast Missouri, including Memphis, Queen City, and Novinger.
