Katherine Hinton is a dedicated real estate, wills and trusts, and litigation attorney serving clients across Southern California. With a decade of legal experience, she handles complex cases involving property disputes, estate planning, and will and trust litigation. Her practice at KMH Law Group includes both transactional matters and contested issues in civil and probate court. Katherine is admitted to practice in California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, allowing her to advocate for clients at multiple levels.
Katherine earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she focused on entertainment, corporate, and business transactions, and was a recipient of the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University, where she completed certificates in civic education and international studies and was active in several academic and professional organizations. In addition, she is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent through the California Department of Real Estate.
