Jennifer Gimler Brady is a partner at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where she leads the Labor and Employment practice and advises clients on health law, employment issues, and commercial litigation. She represents long-term care providers, physician groups, and corporate employers navigating complex legal and regulatory matters.
Jennifer holds an LL.M. in Health Law from Widener University School of Law, where she earned Certificates of Achievement for her excellence in antitrust, managed care, and health care transactions. She also earned her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1990, where she served as Managing Editor of the Dickinson Law Review, and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
Jennifer’s legal practice covers a wide range of services, including licensing, HIPAA compliance, fraud and abuse laws, and labor disputes. She also represents employers in cases involving collective bargaining, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims in Delaware’s state and federal courts.

She also serves as an adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law and actively contributes to legal, civic, and healthcare organizations across Delaware.
