J. Scott Nooney is the managing partner and founder of Law Offices of Nooney, Roberts, Hewett & Nowicki, a respected Jacksonville law firm, where he leads a dedicated team handling personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and social security disability cases. Scott earned both his B.S. and J.D. from Florida State University, completing his undergraduate studies in 1984 and his law degree in 1987. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 4th Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile cases before transitioning into private practice. This early courtroom experience helped develop his skill in litigation and advocacy, laying the groundwork for his career representing injury victims.
